Consent must be given in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Section 25 (2) no. 1 TTDSG: If the sole purpose is to carry out the transmission of a communication via a public telecommunications network or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Section 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG: If the storage or access is absolutely necessary so that the provider of a telemedia service can provide a telemedia service expressly requested by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Data erasure and storage duration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage can also take place if this has been provided for by the legislature in regulations, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. This consists of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the page from which the page was requested (so-called referrer URL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the name and URL of the requested page<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the date and time of the call<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the description of the type, language and version of the web browser used<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened so that a personal reference can no longer be established<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the amount of data transferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the operating system<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the message whether the call was successful (access status\/Http status code)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- the GMT time zone difference<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cContact form data\u201d: When using contact forms, the data transmitted is processed (e.g. gender, last name and first name, address, company, email address and the time of transmission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Legal basis<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The processing of log data serves statistical purposes and to improve the quality of our website, in particular the stability and security of the connection (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a or lit. f GDPR).
