Today we would like to introduce you to our expertise in the design and creation of test stations and control boxes for the partial simulation of vehicles. These are developed according to customer-specific needs and requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wide range of applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our test stations enable software development and adaptation largely in the laboratory without having to transfer every development step to a real vehicle. All integrated components can be quickly replaced, tested for function and compared with reference assemblies. This offers workshops a quick and efficient way to diagnose faults in devices suspected of being defective in the vehicles. This includes, for example<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Practical implementation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Our solutions are implemented using 19\u2033 technology in various enclosure sizes, from table structures with 3 height units (approx. 13 cm) to complete control cabinets. Special requests such as mobile versions on castors, adaptable side panels or lockable doors are also taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Individual design<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The selection and design of the operating elements and front panels (e.g. buttons, switches, displays, LEDs, potentiometers, loudspeakers) are carried out in close consultation with the customer according to their requirements. We use professional CAD software for the documentation.
